SHIPPING POLICY
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping.
All digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your email address is correct. If you do not receive your digital product, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not found, contact support@thenileconcepts.com for assistance.
Physical Products
All physical products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each customer.
We offer free ground shipping within the Contiguous United States. Additional shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, which includes production time.
Personalized products may require an additional 2–5 business days of production time.
Klarna orders may require an additional 24–48 hours for payment approval before processing begins.
Estimated Delivery
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 4–7 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders submitted with incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- You may request reshipment for an additional shipping and handling fee
- No refunds will be issued
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact support@thenileconcepts.com within seven (7) business days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
If approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on physical products.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact your local carrier and obtain a claim ID.
Once the claim is validated, we may issue a replacement at our discretion.
