REFUND POLICY
There are No refunds on digital downloads, or courses.
Digital Products
At The Nile Concepts, we provide instant-access digital products designed to support your digital product business. These may include, but are not limited to templates, stock photos, digital art, e-books, journals, courses, coaching sessions, PLR products, MRR courses and products, GPTs, and access to exclusive content.
Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access upon purchase, all digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.
Please review all product descriptions, details, and FAQs carefully before purchasing to ensure the product meets your needs.
- If you do not receive your digital product:
- Confirm your email address was entered correctly
- Check your spam or promotions folder

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product and agree that you waive any right to a chargeback or dispute related to dissatisfaction or change of mind.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases due to promotions, sales, or pricing changes.
Physical Products
All physical products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each customer.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations on physical products.
We only offer replacements if:
- The item is defective or damaged due to our error
- A clear photo of the item is provided for review
- Proof of purchase is supplied
We do not offer replacements due to user error, including but not limited to incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or styles.
Replacement requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days of delivery.
Shipping Address Errors
We are not responsible for orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
- You may request reshipment for an additional shipping and handling fee
- If you decline reshipment, no refund will be issued
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you did not receive it, you must provide a claim ID from your local post office. Once validated, we may issue a replacement at our discretion.
